CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, No-Show Policy, & Late Policy To provide the best service to all of my clients, I ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following policies: Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee will apply. Late Policy: I understand that life happens and occasionally, you may run behind. However, to ensure I can accommodate all of my clients efficiently, I have established the following late policy: • Grace Period: I offer a 5-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. • After 15 Minutes: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and considered a no-show paying applicable fees. Please make every effort to arrive on time. If you anticipate being late, kindly notify me as soon as possible.
